Waiting List

Waiting List Procedure:

  • We hold a waiting list for the current school year only
  • All our groups are currently full for 2017
  • If vacancies arise during the school year, we refer to our waiting list to fill vacant positions
  • If you wish to place your child on our waiting list for 2017, please complete the 2017 Enrolment Waiting List form & process the Waiting List Application Fee Payment
  • Email your completed form & payment receipt to our office manager - Sue French membership@wombatsplayschool.org
  • We'll confirm via email that your application & payment have been received
  • We'll contact you once a position becomes available for your child
  • If your child's name remains on the waiting list and we have not had a position become available to offer you, we will refund the $150.00 Administration Fee in full. You can also withdraw your child's name from our waiting list at any time and your Administration Fee will be refunded. To withdraw your child's name from the waiting list, and to apply for the Administration Fee refund, please send an email to our Office Manager (Sue French) membership@wombatsplayschool.org with your bank account details so we can process your refund. Please note that the ‘Administration Fee Refund Option' will not apply once your child has been offered a position for 2017, regardless of whether you accept or decline the position.
